What You Bring
The Senior Product Manager, Searcher Experience, will own and evolve LoopNet’s search experience, focusing on the Search Results Page and related discovery flows. This role will build a best‑in‑class experience that drives engagement and conversion, including a dedicated coworking‑specific search offering. The position is based in Arlington, VA and works onsite Monday through Friday. • Deeply understand the needs of diverse searcher segments (tenants, investors, merchants, etc.) and translate insights into actionable product improvements. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person university or college. • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplace or search‑driven products. • Proven track record of delivering user‑centric features that drive measurable business outcomes. • Strong analytical skills; ability to define KPIs and leverage data to inform decisions. • Experience working with design and engineering teams to ship high‑quality products. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with commercial real estate or willingness to quickly learn the domain. • Bonus: Experience with search algorithms, personalization, or large‑scale data products. • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
