About the Role

As a Maintenance Tech III you will ensure that guestrooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑the‑house areas are kept in excellent repair, creating an attractive property while prioritizing guest relations and rapid problem resolution. You will collaborate closely with both guests and staff to support overall company success. • Repair boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, and HVAC equipment. • Complete maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders. • Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment. • Dismantle defective machines and install new components. • Install and repair electrical apparatuses, including transformers and wiring. • Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment. • Set up and operate machine tools (grinders, drills) to fabricate parts. • Provide customer service to team members, owners, and guests. • Respond to calls and questions from members, owners, and guests. • Conduct building rounds and maintain records and documentation. • Maintain, clean, and chemically balance pools, spas, and water features.

What You Bring

Candidates must have effective verbal and written communication skills in English, a high school diploma or GED, and at least three years of facilities maintenance experience. Physical requirements include climbing ladders up to 40 feet and handling loads up to 100 lb, with accommodations available as needed. • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities maintenance. • Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift/carry up to 50 lb, and push/pull up to 100 lb. • 3–5 years or more of related experience (preferred). • Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., EPA, Certified Pool Operator, state driver’s license).
