About the Role

• Learn and grow as part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers. • Organize and inventory HVAC equipment, loading/unloading, and scan/enter serialized equipment. • Stage HVAC equipment and materials prior to installations. • Document and report stock quantities to prevent work stoppages. • Deliver equipment as required by installation crews. • Load and unload at job sites as needed. • Assist installation crews with daily truck inspections and scheduled maintenance. • Collaborate with Installation, Sales, and Workforce Planning to ensure accurate flow of installation information and documentation. • Refurbish water heaters and remove components from scrapped heaters. • Provide tools, fully stocked trucks, and ongoing skills training and professional development. • Ensure a predictable and stable work schedule. • Maintain an award‑winning, diverse, and inclusive corporate culture. • Manage inventory effectively. • Take direction with minimal supervision.

What You Bring

• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Show strong organization abilities. • Possess computer skills for scanning, email, and data collection. • Be able to lift up to 75 lb (more with assistance). • Hold a valid Class G driver’s license. • Communicate effectively. • Have at least a Grade 12 education or equivalent. • Forklift license or experience is an asset. • Available for shifts: Mon‑Wed 1:30 pm‑9 pm; Sat‑Sun 8 am‑6 pm.
