About the Role
Job Summary: Safely operate a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes, following all safety and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include operating the vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT and company standards, performing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report, and reporting unsafe situations or incidents immediately. Drivers follow assigned routes, dump containers, keep customer sites clean, position containers properly, communicate customer requests, and complete all required documentation at the end of the route. • Operate heavy‑duty trucks safely following OSHA, DOT, and company policies. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and complete DVIR reports. • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and service calls promptly to Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Follow assigned routes, dump containers, keep sites clean, and position containers correctly. • Communicate customer requests, submit tickets for excess yardage, and document route completion. • Participate in scheduled training, briefings, and meetings.

What You Bring
Qualifications: No formal education or prior experience is required, but a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑B) and a clean driving record are mandatory. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass a DOT drug screen, physical, background check and motor‑vehicle record review.
