About the Role

The Senior Account Manager will lead a team of service electricians, oversee contractors, vendors, and employees, and ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective, and timely project deliverables while upholding safety and environmental standards. • Lead and manage a team of up to 20 service electricians and coordinate contractors, vendors, and employees. • Plan and oversee electrical construction projects to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective, and timely outcomes. • Maintain compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements. • Provide decision‑support to senior management on project and operational matters. • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication with stakeholders. • Utilize Microsoft Suite, MS Project, and other software tools for effective project management. • Monitor staff performance, motivate teamwork, and achieve productivity targets.

What You Bring

The role demands strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of electrical power systems, and excellent oral and written communication to drive teamwork and deliver customer‑focused service. • Minimum 5 + years of progressive experience in the electrical construction industry. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or licensed electrician/supervisor experience. • Proven expertise with electrical/power systems such as UPS, switchgear, generators, and PDUs. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to recognize and mitigate safety hazards, fostering a hazard‑free work environment. • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work standards. • Capability to exercise independent judgment within the limits of the position.
