Client focus requires you to lead key assignments, prepare contracts, warranties, bonds and licences for execution, and manage costing for design changes, contract awards and construction activities, presenting financial data to clients in line with the company vision. What You Bring

The role requires a degree in quantity surveying or cost management, professional membership (or progression towards MRICS/RICS), experience in business development, strong commercial and financial acumen, knowledge of value engineering, life‑cycle costing, contract law, and the ability to lead diverse project teams and senior stakeholders. • Hold a degree in quantity surveying or cost management and pursue MRICS/RICS membership. • Demonstrate business development experience and strong commercial/financial acumen. • Possess knowledge of value engineering, life‑cycle costing, contract law, and sustainability considerations. • Experience leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
