About the Role
As a CNC Trainee you will operate CNC lathes, interpret blueprints, and assist with loading, unloading, and quick‑change tooling. You will inspect tools for sharpness, maintain accurate records, support deburring, and perform first‑piece inspections using proper measuring equipment. Adjusting machine controls and standing for extended periods are also part of the role. • Operate CNC lathe machines and interpret blueprints. • Load, unload, and set up quick‑change tooling for parts. • Inspect tools for sharpness and maintain accurate documentation. • Support CNC operators in deburring and perform first‑piece inspections using measuring tools. • Adjust machine controls and ensure proper part processes. • Stand for long periods, lift, reach, and bend as required. • Apply strong mathematical and technical skills to maintain quality.
