About the Role

The role involves operating the treating plant safely, following daily work instructions, conducting inspections and material handling, and supporting both security and the company’s safety program. • Operate and control boiler, pressure vessels, vacuum/condensate recovery, preservative mix, transfer/storage, hazardous waste processing, and emergency response equipment per procedures. • Perform inspector, machine operator, and laborer duties as required. • Maintain target production levels for treating operations. • Conduct security duties and contribute to the safety program.

What You Bring

• Complete required plant safety orientation and continuous education units for pesticide certification. • High School Diploma or GED; one year treating experience with chemicals preferred. • Pesticide applicator license and/or boiler operating license preferred; PIE certification. • Pass state pesticide certification exam and respiratory fit test. • Knowledge of federal and state regulations, quality control standards, customer specifications, and hazardous waste regulations related to the treating department. • Ability to purchase company stock and advance career within the organization.
