About the Role

Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a Marketing Manager to lead its dynamic marketing team. The role will elevate the firm’s visibility, positioning, and pursuit success in key markets. It expands beyond proposal development to drive integrated marketing strategies that strengthen client relationships, enhance brand impact, and support business growth. The Marketing Manager partners with business development and technical leaders to translate market priorities into actionable plans, guiding the team to produce high‑quality deliverables, proposals, presentations, campaigns, and content. Acting as both coach and collaborator, they build team capability, foster innovation, and ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all initiatives. • Lead and coach a team of Marketing Seniors, Specialists, and Coordinators, providing direction and performance feedback. • Recruit, onboard, and develop marketing talent to meet firm goals and market demands. • Partner with business development to create differentiated value propositions and client engagement strategies. • Ensure quality control and QA/QC for all marketing deliverables, maintaining clarity and compliance. • Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all materials. • Analyze client, competitor, and market research data and share insights with leadership. • Contribute to strategic planning with firm leadership and business development teams. • Design and execute regional and market marketing strategies aligned with national objectives. • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments that may impact service demand. • Collaborate with other marketing leaders to share best practices and ensure office-wide consistency. • Track marketing metrics and pursuit outcomes to drive continuous improvement. • Manage workloads and deadlines to balance multiple pursuits and initiatives. • Foster a collaborative, creative, and positive team culture supporting professional growth. • Oversee workload planning, training, marketing standards, and department goals with leadership. • Mentor and coach staff, providing constructive feedback to develop performance. • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. • Inspire creativity and continuous improvement within the marketing team. • Ensure high quality work while overseeing team QA/QC processes. • Participate in industry events and professional organizations to expand network and stay current. • Promote personal and professional growth via mentorship programs, wellness initiatives, and women’s organization. • Encourage community impact through philanthropic opportunities.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field or possess equivalent experience, with at least seven years of proposal writing in A/E/C or professional services and demonstrated staff management. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM/proposal tools. • Possess 7+ years of proposal writing experience in A/E/C or professional services, including staff management. • Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and a collaborative mindset. • Thrive in fast‑paced environments with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. • Exhibit strong strategic thinking, organization, and communication skills. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM/proposal tracking tools.
