About the Role

As an Underground Foreman, you will develop new skills, work in a safety‑minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. You’ll help provide the highest level of quality service to our customers while maintaining our commitment to safety. The Underground Foreman supports all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, ensuring work is completed correctly and safely. • Build, repair, and maintain telecom utility projects on outdoor construction sites. • Troubleshoot field problems as they arise. • Train crew on tools and equipment usage. • Operate machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, and hydraulic reel trailers. • Manage all aspects of job‑site construction.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates who prioritize safety, have a strong track record of high‑quality work, and possess hands‑on problem‑solving skills. Experience in telecom construction, including coax and fiber splicing and directional drilling, is essential. • Demonstrated commitment to daily safety practices. • Proven record of delivering high‑quality work. • Strong problem‑solving abilities and hands‑on work approach. • Experience with telecom construction, including coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, aerial and underground work. • Relevant MOS codes (12H, 3E251, 3E271, 4305) are a plus.
