About the Role
This position supports Hubbell’s manufacturing operations by ensuring that equipment functions within the framework of the company’s Quality System. • Operate assembly/testing machine safely and efficiently per the latest Quality System. • Produce quality mold parts using various molding process systems. • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs and adjustments to mold machine equipment. • Perform 100% trim and inspection, identifying and segregating scrap. • Complete daily paperwork, including hour‑by‑hour charts, counting, and packaging parts. • Maintain safety, quality, production, and 5S housekeeping standards.
