About the Role

The Project Coordinator will serve as the commercial liaison between the product lines, field sales and the customer during the execution of small project orders. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers in an assigned territory, and promoting proactive project management through timely and accurate communications with internal partners (Operations, Credit, Sales) and external customers regarding scheduling, expediting, change orders, logistics and financial order management. The Coordinator acts as the customer's advocate, relaying urgency to operations peers and escalating issues to management as needed. Daily responsibilities include managing phone and email activity, providing directions, solutions and updates, and offering backup support for teammates. Additional duties are performed as required by Regional Management. • Serve as commercial liaison between product lines, field sales, and customers for small project orders. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers in assigned territory. • Communicate proactively with Operations, Credit, Sales, and customers about scheduling, expediting, change orders, logistics, and financial order management. • Advocate for customers by escalating issues and relaying urgency to operations and management. • Manage daily phone and email communications, provide solutions, updates, and backup support for teammates.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold an associate degree or a two‑year degree from an accredited institution; a BS/BA is preferred. Relocation assistance is not available, and candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius of Arden, NC. Minimum one year of customer‑service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with Salesforce and SAP are required. Key qualifications include strong customer focus and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), strong computer and typing proficiency, creative problem‑solving, conflict resolution, priority management, and exceptional organizational abilities to handle a high volume of transactions (orders, emails, phone calls). • Hold at least an associate degree (BS/BA preferred) and reside within 50 miles of Arden, NC. • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SAP. • Demonstrate strong customer focus, written and verbal communication, and computer/typing skills. • Exhibit creative problem‑solving, conflict resolution, priority management, and exceptional organizational skills for high‑volume transactions.
