About the Role
• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and component replacement. • Repair, replace parts, and install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and faucets. • Conduct carpentry work including doors, shelves, countertops, and lock installations. • Execute drywall/plaster repairs and painting tasks. • Handle electrical and appliance work like lighting, wiring, power circuits, and switch replacement. • Service and maintain machinery such as chillers, belts, pumps, and fans. • Provide exceptional customer service to residents.

What You Bring
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, solves problems, and thrives in a team environment. This role supports the apartment community by handling a variety of maintenance tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with 1–2 years of experience in commercial property or multi‑unit residential settings; up to 3–4 years of experience can substitute for the education requirement. Preferred certifications include HVAC, electrical, or plumbing, and a valid driver’s license may be needed depending on property needs. • Possess 1–2 years experience in commercial or multi‑unit residential property (up to 3‑4 years can offset education). • Hold a high school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience). • Preferred certifications: HVAC, electrical, or plumbing. • Valid driver’s license may be required. • Demonstrate self‑motivation, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and personal accountability. • Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as needed.

Compensation is hourly, ranging from $21.86 to $30.60, and is commensurate with experience.
