About the Role
The Senior Executive – EHS is responsible for creating and executing health and safety strategies that meet legal requirements, while fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization. The role ensures compliance, minimizes workplace risks, and promotes occupational health for all employees. Key duties include developing comprehensive safety plans, enforcing policies, assessing risk in practices and facilities, delivering training, monitoring compliance through inspections, investigating incidents, and producing analytical reports on safety performance. • Develop and execute health and safety plans aligned with legal guidelines. • Prepare, enforce, and monitor comprehensive safety policies. • Assess workplace practices, procedures, and facilities for risk and compliance. • Deliver training sessions and presentations on safety and accident prevention. • Inspect employees, operations, equipment, and machinery for unsafe conditions. • Investigate accidents or incidents, determine root causes, and manage workers’ compensation claims. • Recommend improvement measures and new prevention strategies. • Produce safety reports and develop relevant policies. • Perform data analysis and risk assessments to inform decision‑making.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have proven experience as safety managers, with at least one to two end‑to‑end projects in sectors such as solar glass, pharma, power, chemical, or industrial manufacturing. They possess deep knowledge of health and safety regulations, strong data‑analysis and risk‑assessment skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and hold a BSc in safety management or a related field along with a valid occupational health and safety qualification. • Demonstrate strong organizational, motivational, and communication skills. • Hold a BSc in safety management or a related field and a valid occupational health and safety qualification. • Experience managing safety projects in solar glass, pharmaceutical, power, chemical, or industrial settings.
