About the Role
Daily duties include checking in with the manager, completing all required paperwork, obtaining client signatures, and ensuring receipts and expense reports are correctly filed. You will secure necessary parts and tools, communicate regularly with customers, contractors, and internal staff, attend construction and commissioning meetings, and maintain all safety equipment and standards. • Perform unsupervised field work on data‑center cooling systems. • Complete detailed end‑of‑day reports and document any deficiencies. • Work with electric motors, VFDs, pumps, fans, economizers, humidifiers, and control systems. • Perform soldering, brazing, installation, testing, and maintenance tasks. • Check in daily with manager, submit paperwork, and obtain client signatures. • Manage receipts, expense documentation, and tool/part logistics. • Communicate with customers, contractors, and internal teams; attend meetings. • Provide direction to crew members and run site crews under lead mechanic guidance.

What You Bring
As a Field Services Technician/Regional Supervisor you will work unsupervised on mission‑critical services, making informed decisions and completing detailed end‑of‑day reports that capture time spent and any manufacturing or construction deficiencies. The role requires solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems, including electric motors, VFDs, pumps, fans, economizers, humidifiers, and related components. Candidates must have experience with electric motors, motor controls, pumps, fans, economizers, humidifiers, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting, as well as proficiency in soldering and brazing. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and either an apprentice license or at least ten years of trade‑related experience, plus the ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and basic Windows Office skills. Preferred qualifications include mastery of temperature and humidity measurement and control in air‑conditioning units and EPA 608 certification. The position requires travel to domestic and international field sites, use of personal protective equipment, passing a DoD background check, and adherence to a company uniform policy. • Must hold a high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and 10+ years trade experience or apprenticeship. • Proficient in reading mechanical/electrical drawings and using hand/power tools. • Basic Windows Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) skills required. • Preferred: mastery of temperature/humidity control and EPA 608 certification. • Travel to domestic and international sites; wear PPE and company uniform. • Pass a Department of Defense background check and maintain US citizenship.
