We are seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer in or around the Kettering area to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, ensuring top‑quality service delivery and first‑line response to emergencies. • Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance. • Desirable qualifications: F‑Gas, Test & Inspection, Unvented. • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably retail or commercial. • Valid UK driving licence (essential). • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently. • IT proficiency and ability to manage workload effectively. • Field‑based role requiring travel between client sites. • On‑call duty required (1 in 4 weeks).

The role offers a salary of £35,834 or £41,210 depending on experience, full door‑to‑door pay, up to 4% bonus, overtime paid at time‑and‑a‑half, a company van with personal use from day one, 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday equivalent, and ongoing training and development opportunities at the National Training Centre.
