About the Role

The Finance Analyst role provides financial insight and analysis to enhance profitability and operational performance across regional markets. The analyst partners with regional leaders and executive management to deliver timely financial reporting, forecasting, and data‑driven recommendations. • Perform revenue and margin analysis to identify profitability trends. • Model price and volume scenarios for customers and vendors to support bids and RFPs. • Develop operational and financial KPIs and workforce performance metrics. • Ensure accuracy of budgets for percentage‑of‑completion revenue recognition. • Prepare month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end financial reports for regional leaders and executives. • Create recurring executive presentations using mined financial and non‑financial data. • Forecast regional revenue and conduct ad‑hoc risk assessments, such as inventory management. • Leverage Oracle/Hyperion business intelligence tools to automate recurring analyses.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics. • 2–4+ years of financial reporting and analysis experience. • Knowledge of GAAP and strong Excel skills; Oracle/Hyperion experience a plus. • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
