About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. Their duties include assessing customers' storage needs, suggesting solutions and selling packing supplies, conducting daily unit inspections, handling cash and bank deposits, and managing payment reminders and collections. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily storage unit inspections for inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits • Perform payment reminder and collection calls • Lift/move items up to 35 lb • Walk in/around facilities, up to 50% of time outdoors; climb stairs and open large doors • Clean/sweep/mop interior areas; maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to spend up to half of the time walking indoor and outdoor, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Cleaning and routine maintenance such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior curb appeal are also part of the job. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food settings.
