• Lead projects to develop repeatable, customized data center solutions • Design new solutions tailored to customer needs in the data center market • Provide first‑line support for opportunities, guiding layouts and designs • Assist fellow engineers to meet customer requirements • Continuously expand knowledge of custom solutions • Integrate electromechanical and electrotechnical systems effectively • Create and validate complex technical solutions with strong problem‑solving • Lead cross‑functional teams and manage projects successfully

What You Bring
The position is located in Nashville, TN and requires a minimum of two days per week in the office. • Use system analysis, simulation, and verification tools proficiently • Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences • Possess 8+ years’ experience in power distribution equipment engineering • Understand low‑voltage distribution equipment and relevant codes/standards • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering • Work independently with minimal supervision and strong collaboration skills • Proficient in PTC CREO 3D modeling, SEEXP, BOM management, and MS Office • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities • Travel minimally (up to 10%)
