About the Role
The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with customers’ business objectives, ensure campaigns support company goals, and proactively identify new strategic accounts. What You Bring
Key qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least ten years of experience in refining, midstream or upstream chemical sales, and five years of direct P&L management. Strong business acumen, communication skills, and a commitment to customer service are essential, with up to 50 % travel required. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Minimum 10 years experience in refining, midstream, or upstream chemical sales. • At least 5 years experience in pipeline chemical treatment sales. • Over 5 years direct P&L management experience. • Demonstrated record of top‑line and bottom‑line growth. • Strong business acumen, communication skills, and customer‑service focus. • Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
