About the Role

The Scheduler will prepare project schedules based on scope, assemble and update data for reporting, communicate with team members to compile information, and ensure continuity and consistency of required reports. • Prepare the project schedule based on the project scope of work. • Assemble, record, and transfer data for schedule updates and report generation. • Communicate with project team members and compile data as needed. • Ensure continuity and consistency in required reports. • Produce periodic reports and matrices tracking project progress.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold an associate’s degree from an accredited college, have completed scheduling coursework and understand best‑practice scheduling techniques, and be able to produce periodic progress reports and matrices. A professional scheduling credential such as PMI is considered a plus. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office, at least five years of experience creating and executing complex project schedules, FDOT and highway/roadway scheduling experience, strong oral and written communication skills, familiarity with scheduling terminology, and the ability to work on‑site at client offices. The position is full‑time, based in Miami, with core business hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and requires successful completion of a criminal background check. • Possess an associate’s degree from an accredited college. • Completed scheduling coursework and apply best‑practice scheduling techniques. • Scheduling credential (e.g., PMI) is a plus. • Proficient in Primavera P6. • Proficient with Microsoft Office. • Minimum five years of experience developing and executing complex project schedules. • FDOT experience. • Highway/roadway scheduling experience. • Effective oral and written communication with team members. • Demonstrate understanding and use of scheduling terminology. • Ability to work on‑site at client offices.
