About the Role

What You Bring
Mortenson is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate, plan, and supervise assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities within a specific discipline. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and offers opportunities at both Level 1 and Level 2 based on experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined by experience, location, and internal equity, and the position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Job postings typically remain open for a minimum of five days and an average of 44 days. • Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 10 years of trade experience; possess a valid driver’s license. • Demonstrate detail‑orientation, ability to manage multiple complex projects, and basic knowledge of construction law. • Minimum experience: 5 years for Superintendent I (base pay $111,400‑$167,100) or 8 years for Superintendent II (base pay $130,100‑$195,200), with higher ranges in select locations. • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
