About the Role

The ES Field Project Manager exercises independent judgment while managing all aspects of field service projects at client sites. The role ensures successful acquisition, performance, and completion of projects, serving as the primary point of contact to confirm contractual requirements and work scopes are met. Health and safety responsibilities include developing safety procedures, verifying training and certifications, and enforcing customer‑specific safety protocols. Key duties span contract management, quality control, project supervision, accounting, health & safety, and resource management. The manager prepares proposals, reviews contracts and change orders, develops scopes of work and safety plans, creates and tracks purchase orders, and generates accurate invoices at job completion. Coordination with proposal specialists, sales executives, operations and general managers ensures budgets are met and project profitability is maintained.

What You Bring

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree—preferably in Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field—plus strong computer skills in Microsoft Office. Candidates must understand complex environmental waste regulations such as RCRA, DOT, and TSCA, and possess effective communication, analytical, and financial management abilities. At least two years of progressive experience in waste disposal, environmental site investigations, or field‑related work and a valid driver’s license are required.
