About the Role
The Porter works on‑site to complete all groundskeeping tasks as directed by their supervisor, including trash removal, preparation for waste hauler pickup, mopping, and daily cleaning of assigned areas. This role ensures the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors. • Foster a culture of belonging. • Encourage employee voice and perspective sharing. • Offer Employee Assistance Program for confidential support. • Complete daily groundskeeping checklists. • Maintain exterior cleanliness and curb appeal. • Keep landscaping in good repair between third‑party service visits. • Clean and sweep swimming pools as required. • Arrange property furniture as directed. • Keep amenity areas clean and presentable throughout the day. • Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards. • Work full shift on‑site according to schedule. • Assist with move‑outs, turn‑overs, and move‑ins beyond normal hours. • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb, including bending and stooping as required.

What You Bring
