About the Role
The Account Executive (contract) role involves virtual sales of digital and software solutions to existing residential real‑estate clients. The position is fully remote for candidates based in NSW or VIC, and runs on a 12‑month contract with attractive commission and clear pathways for career growth. Reporting to an experienced sales leader, you will join a remote team of about 25 salespeople who use virtual meetings and phone calls to manage relationships with a large portfolio of residential agency clients. You will become an expert in Domain’s real‑estate software solutions, upsell and cross‑sell new products, and open doors to further development opportunities. Day‑to‑day duties include maintaining end‑to‑end virtual relationships, presenting new features that solve client problems, clarifying pricing and ROI, addressing queries, collaborating with internal teams to deliver proposals on time, and achieving monthly revenue targets while documenting all sales activity. • Sell digital/software solutions virtually to existing residential real‑estate agency clients. • Manage end‑to‑end client relationships via virtual meetings and phone calls. • Achieve monthly revenue targets and accurately record all sales activity. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely proposals and solutions. • Communicate pricing, ROI and product value through clear storytelling. • Address client queries, pain points and proactively solve problems.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has proven success in B2B consultative selling or real‑estate agency sales, excellent verbal communication, strong negotiation and objection‑handling abilities, and the capacity to convey technical concepts through compelling storytelling. Nice‑to‑have experience includes virtual/phone‑based sales, Salesforce knowledge and a solid understanding of residential real‑estate. • Essential: proven B2B consultative selling or real‑estate agency sales experience. • Essential: strong verbal communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills. • Nice‑to‑have: virtual/phone‑based sales experience, Salesforce familiarity, residential real‑estate knowledge.
