About the Role

• Lead and deliver large‑scale infrastructure projects across sectors such as aviation, roads, rail, telecommunications and utilities. • Apply project‑management principles, contract administration, financial controls and health‑safety‑quality‑environment standards. • Build, develop and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a high‑performance culture. • Establish and maintain trusted advisory relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders. • Analyse complex problems and generate workable delivery solutions under pressure. • Coordinate multiple work streams and communicate effectively with senior client representatives. • Utilize procurement expertise and manage NEC contracts where required.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing infrastructure projects or programmes through the full lifecycle, including contract administration, financial controls, health, safety, quality and environmental management. Strong leadership, team development and the ability to operate in ambiguous or high‑pressure environments are essential. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills are required to build trusted advisor relationships with diverse client and partner organisations. Analytical and numerical proficiency is needed to quickly understand complex issues and devise practical solutions, while strong planning, communication and organisational abilities enable the management of multiple work streams and effective interaction with senior client representatives. Beneficial experience includes procurement, NEC contract management, overseeing contractors and consultants, and familiarity with public‑sector bodies involved in infrastructure. Candidates should hold a degree or HND in a management, construction or infrastructure‑related discipline, along with professional affiliations such as APM, ICE or ITP, and certifications like PRINCE2, MSP or NEC PM.
