About the Role

Core responsibilities include providing high‑touch support, tools, information, and wayfinding to employees and guests, and offering a warm, professional welcome that leaves a positive first impression. The Ambassador cultivates trusted relationships with end users and cross‑functional colleagues, acts as the initial responder to inquiries, troubleshoots issues, and follows up as required. Regular assessment of space readiness ensures workspaces, conference rooms, and offices are properly equipped, while proactive work order submission addresses repairs, maintenance, or missing furniture before users are impacted.
