About the Role
The Finance Manager role sits within the strategic Finance Training & Policy team and will drive the evolution of JLL’s Work Dynamics finance operations. In a collaborative leadership capacity, the manager partners with finance leadership and on‑account teams to design training programs, create system solutions, and embed finance best practices. The position offers the chance to impact finance processes across the organization while building and leading high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced setting. The manager serves as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert across multiple JLL platforms. • Partner with account teams and finance leadership to optimize Work Dynamics finance processes and develop system enhancements across JLL platforms (E1‑IFM, PDS, TM1 Budget, Corrigo, Reports Now). • Design, develop and deliver tailored training programs for on‑account finance teams, ensuring content aligns with industry best practices. • Serve as primary subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor, troubleshooting complex operational issues. • Establish and monitor training effectiveness metrics, including annual surveys to identify improvement opportunities. • Act as liaison between on‑account teams and functions such as Controllership, JBS, Tax, and Treasury Management to ensure seamless collaboration. • Bridge communication between JLLT and finance teams for system enhancements, prioritizing requests and ensuring optimal data flow. • Ensure adherence to JLL internal control frameworks through advisory support and continuous process improvement.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least five years of accounting experience, strong analytical and reconciliation abilities, and familiarity with purchase‑order and reimbursable accounts. Excellent communication, high proficiency in MS Office (or real‑estate software), and the ability to handle pressure and shifting priorities are essential. • Minimum five years of accounting experience with strong analytical, logical thinking and reconciliation skills. • Proficiency with purchase‑order module and experience in fixed/hybrid and reimbursable accounts. • Impactful written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal abilities. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple and changing priorities. • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or related real‑estate software. • Flexibility to accommodate variable working hours; on‑site location in Gurugram, India.
