About the Role

In this role you will drive project success by ensuring safety, profitability, and schedule adherence while serving as the principal liaison for Johnson Controls on site. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to deliver technically sound HVAC solutions. • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of VRF HVAC projects, managing financials, schedule, logistics, and site coordination. • Serve as the primary Johnson Controls contact and coordinate subcontractor activities. • Oversee procurement, warehousing, material deliveries, and customs compliance. • Maintain high Health & Safety standards and conduct safety audits. • Provide technical oversight for HVAC system integration and ensure regulatory compliance. • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers; set performance expectations for labor teams. • Support O&M documentation and ensure smooth project handover.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated end‑to‑end HVAC project management experience (VRF preferred). • Strong technical knowledge of multi‑trade HVAC systems and commercial/industrial equipment. • Proven financial, procurement, and leadership capabilities; experience with logistics and customs clearance. • Familiarity with Design & Build projects, CDM regulations, and safety inspections. • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
