Job Highlights
About the Role
• Lead analytics for pipeline and account planning using deep knowledge of STR’s customer segments and products. • Own and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual pipeline and forecasting reports to support sales funnel management. • Liaise with technology and Operations teams to convey business requirements and implement best practices for real‑time reporting tools. • Assist in creating sales book of business, territory planning, and account assignments to align and expand the sales team. • Participate in ad‑hoc projects, generating and reporting KPIs and metrics to meet management needs.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in‑person college/university. • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, financial planning and analysis, or related fields. • Strong analytical ability to transform large data sets into clear presentations. • Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal/written communication skills. • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service to sales teams and collaborate across cross‑functional groups. • Adaptability to change, with experience supporting sales teams in high‑growth, quota‑driven environments.
