Job Highlights
About the Role
The portfolio comprises projects either directly managed by the client team or delivered by leading third‑party developers under the client’s leadership, covering new construction, master planning schemes and executive fit‑out works. • Advise on procurement strategies, select contracts, produce reports and drive procurement to completion. • Provide technical and functional guidance, applying value management in early project phases. • Lead estimating and cost planning, preparing and presenting final cost plans. • Oversee preparation and execution of contract documents, warranties, bonds and licences. • Manage cost control, valuations, reporting and financial governance, including design change and construction costs. • Evaluate delay and cost claims, manage practical completion certificates, defect rectification and final account agreements. • Lead large teams, ensure KPI delivery, drive continuous improvement and coach performance. • Promote best‑practice processes, drive transformational improvements and support net‑zero carbon goals by managing emissions.

What You Bring

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Hold a degree in quantity surveying or cost management (or equivalent). • Be a member of MRICS/RICS or equivalent, progressing towards fellowship. • Possess strong commercial and financial acumen. • Know value engineering, life‑cycle costing, contract law and construction contractual frameworks. • Have leadership experience managing large, diverse teams. • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
