About the Role
Position Summary: This position will be responsible for service, repair and installation of products. Responsibilities include traveling locally and long‑distance, including overnight trips to assigned locations to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment; delivering high‑quality customer service with customer needs at the forefront; conducting routine maintenance to prevent mechanical malfunctions; providing hands‑on service, repair and installation of all Rexnord products as well as similar competitor products; promoting a safe working environment by following established safety policies and practices; and performing other duties as required. • Travel locally and overnight to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment. • Deliver high‑quality customer service, prioritizing client needs. • Conduct routine maintenance to prevent mechanical failures. • Provide hands‑on service, repair, and installation of Rexnord and competitor products. • Follow all safety policies and promote a safe work environment. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical mechanical drawings. • Accurately use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial/electronic indicators). • Lift and carry tools and components up to 60 lb; stand for long periods.

What You Bring
Qualifications require OSHA 10‑hr or 30‑hr training completed within the last five years, a high school diploma or equivalent (technical school training a plus), and a minimum of one year of experience in field services, millwright, assembly, machinist, maintenance/repair technician, or engineering. Preferred experience includes work with power transmission, couplings, universal shafts, rotating shafts, and predictive maintenance products, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical mechanical drawings, proficiency with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial/electronic indicators, the capacity to lift up to 60 lb and stand for long periods, and a valid driver’s license. • Hold OSHA 10‑hr or 30‑hr certification completed within the past 5 years. • Have at least 1 year of experience in field service, millwright, assembly, machining, maintenance/repair, or engineering. • Maintain a valid driver's license. • Access HSA, health‑care FSA, and dependent‑care FSA spending accounts.
