Process survey data, create CAD deliverables, support construction stakeout and as-built drawings.

About the Role
• Produce survey exhibits, plans, plats and other drafting. • Effectively communicate with internal & external stakeholders and team members. • Provide calculation and plotting of deeds, plans and survey documentation. • Produce finished survey deliverables including but not limited to base mapping, topographic and contour data, ALTA, boundary & utility surveys. • Process and produce post-construction and AsBuilt data and drawings. • Develop construction stakeout upload files and hard sheets for survey crews. • Provide and follow quality processes and procedures.

What You Bring
• Candidates may from time to time be required to work from an office or in outdoor, construction, industrial or other project settings. • Requires knowledge of both survey technology and basic civil engineering concepts. • Candidates with bachelor’s degree from ABET accredited survey curriculum preferred. • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent • Use of CAD software and ability to post process survey data. AutoCAD Civil3D & Trimble TBC preferred, • Candidates with Remote Sensing experience such as sUAV/Drone Part 107 Pilots, Laser Scanning and/or hydrographic surveys is a plus. • Candidates must have good written and verbal communication skills, good mechanical, and computer skills. • A valid driver’s license is required. • Certified Survey Technician III or IV or LSIT preferred. • Preferred Minimum of 3 years of Survey Technician / CAD experience.
