About the Role

The successful candidate will direct a team of electrical engineers to deliver cutting‑edge FACTS solutions for high‑voltage transmission projects that span continents. They will oversee testing‑facility infrastructure, evaluate plant designs, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient power systems. Key duties include managing procurement for control and protection equipment, driving process improvements, supporting global initiatives such as Scale‑to‑Potential, and guaranteeing compliance with national and industry standards. The role demands strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and a focus on continuous innovation. • Lead a team of electrical engineers delivering high‑quality FACTS solutions. • Manage testing‑facility infrastructure for control and protection systems. • Review manufacturing documents and plant design drawings. • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless project execution. • Support procurement of control and protection equipment. • Evaluate and coordinate vendor deliverables and sub‑supplier selection. • Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives. • Support global programs such as Scale‑to‑Potential and Regional Center of Competence. • Ensure compliance with external regulations, internal procedures, and guidelines. • Provide comprehensive health care including medical, dental, and vision coverage. • Deliver family‑care benefits including legal, pet, auto, home, identity‑theft support, special‑needs assistance, and adoption aid. • Enable employee engagement and development through resource groups, tuition reimbursement, and on‑demand learning platforms.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical preferred) and have proven line or project management experience within the FACTS or high‑voltage transmission industry. Familiarity with EPC environments, the National Electric Code, and ANSI/IEEE standards is required, while expertise in control‑protection cubicle design is a plus. Candidates must already possess work authorization for the United States.
