About the Role

The Site Facilities Manager reports to the Account Director and is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the program, integrating team activities with other client departments, and ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. This role requires regular communication and collaboration with client stakeholders to meet program objectives, as well as supervising budgeting, expense control, and performance monitoring on a monthly basis. Managerial duties include directing all Integrated Facilities Management functions, handling recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluations, and applying organizational policies and legal requirements. The manager also addresses employee complaints, rewards, and disciplinary actions while fostering a productive work environment. Key competencies involve modeling a safety culture, implementing site‑level safety programs, conducting behavioral safety inspections, and managing security procedures through audits and drills. The manager must provide safety resources, resolve safety issues, and ensure security compliance. • Oversee daily facility operations and coordinate with client departments. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. • Develop, manage, and control annual budgets, forecasts, and expense reports. • Supervise unionized staff, monitor performance metrics, and provide mentorship. • Conduct regular facility inspections and direct maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts. • Build and maintain key relationships with clients, tenants, and government agencies. • Lead hiring, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions for site staff. • Implement and audit safety and security programs, including drills and inspections. • Provide recommendations for continuous service improvement. • Maintain strict control of operating expenses and deliver monthly performance reports.

Employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package—including health, vision, dental, retirement plans, and paid time off—and competitive compensation ranging from $100,300 to $118,000, subject to factors such as location, experience, and collective bargaining agreements.
