About the Role

This position supports the Assistant Program Manager in coordinating Amazon corporate events across key office buildings in a fast‑paced corporate environment. It serves as a vital communication hub between Facilities, Catering, AV, Reception, Janitorial, and Engineering teams to ensure successful event operations. Daily tasks include processing event requests, coordinating planning and walkthrough meetings with vendor partners, and disseminating information to building occupants about event impacts. The role also provides on‑site coverage, troubleshoots high‑impact events, compiles event data metrics, maintains standardized documents, and supports the Events Program Manager while managing contractor relationships. JLL leverages artificial intelligence to match candidates with opportunities and maintains strict privacy practices, providing clear information on how personal data is used and protected throughout the recruitment process. • Process event requests and coordinate planning and walkthrough meetings with vendors. • Communicate event impacts to building occupants and vendor partners. • Provide on‑site coverage and troubleshoot high‑impact events. • Compile event metrics and maintain standardized documentation. • Support the Events Program Manager and manage contractor relationships.

What You Bring

Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, four years of experience (preferably), and at least three years of event coordination or administrative support experience. Candidates must be highly competent with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, possess strong business math skills, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include experience in facilities management, proficiency with Microsoft Visio or CAD for space planning, and a background in multi‑vendor coordination and event logistics. Experience compiling event metrics and creating standardized documents is also valued. • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of event coordination experience required. • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and business math calculations. • Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail. • Preferred: facilities management background and Visio/CAD expertise for space planning.
