About the Role

• Oversee all maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination. • Maintain daily on‑site presence and inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for hazards. • Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget and keep the shop organized and OSHA‑compliant. • Implement and monitor a preventative maintenance program to extend property life and reduce future repairs. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff, providing coaching and performance feedback. • Respond to resident and management work orders, monitor turnaround times, and ensure excellent customer service. • Participate in unit inspections, on‑call emergency response, and ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and Fair Housing regulations. • Maintain accurate records of service requests, make‑ready status, and compliance documentation.

What You Bring

The Maintenance Supervisor role requires regular on‑site attendance, the ability to lift and move objects over 100 lb, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and be available for overtime, weekends, and on‑call emergencies. • Require a High School diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification (HVAC preferred), and basic computer skills. • Physical demands include lifting/moving 100+ lb objects, working in confined spaces, climbing ladders, and handling overtime/on‑call shifts. • Must have reliable transportation to meet emergency on‑call requirements.
