About the Role
The KBR PSAB Program delivers comprehensive Base Operating Support‑Installation (BOS‑I) services at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in Saudi Arabia, supporting the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing, mission partners, and tenant units, including five remote Army sites. These services ensure continuous operations, maintenance, and support activities essential for mission readiness and operational effectiveness. The Laborer Foreman (Escort) supports Power Plant Services by providing escort and monitoring of Third Country Nationals (TCN) and Other Country Nationals (OCN) in accordance with USCENTCOM procedures, and by completing required reports and tasks per company and USAF policies. • Process personnel through PSAB Visitors Control Center per USCENTCOM escorting procedures. • Escort and monitor TCN/OCN personnel in CES and FSS areas, ensuring compliance with base rules. • Log entry and exit of contractors, count personnel and vehicles, and notify appropriate staff. • Brief TCN/OCN on regulations, monitor work until cleared by Force Protection, and ensure work zones are purged. • Prevent prohibited items (weapons, drugs, etc.) from entering the base and maintain situational awareness. • Report unsafe conditions immediately to Project/Site Manager and Safety staff. • Perform administrative support and prepare contractual reports for the United States Government. • Promote and uphold KBR’s Zero Harm safety program policies and procedures. • Maintain effective communication with management, client personnel, and subcontractors. • Ensure delivery of services to approximately 4,000 personnel with a tolerance of plus or minus 10%.

What You Bring
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals, and hazardous conditions, requiring personal protective equipment such as hard hats, steel‑toed boots, and hearing protection. Physical demands include lifting up to 35 lb, team lifting up to 50 lb, climbing, and extended periods of standing or sitting, with occasional overtime, shift work, and travel in a wartime or contingency environment. Candidates must be U.S. citizens who hold a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, a passport book with sufficient validity, and an active U.S. Secret security clearance, and must meet CENTCOM MOD‑15 theater requirements. Required skills include strong organization, communication, teamwork, computer proficiency (Microsoft Office), and the ability to work long hours in demanding environments.
