About the Role

The Production Supervisor role is critical to QTMP, ensuring safe, high‑quality and efficient operations at the Torbanlea facility. The supervisor oversees daily manufacturing activities, coordinates resources, leads a skilled team and upholds Downer’s standards of innovation and asset management through continuous improvement and collaboration. • Produce high‑quality work meeting customer specifications. • Manage production workforce, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance. • Lead team development and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities. • Prepare and submit reports for leadership as required. • Conduct meetings, including toolbox talks and pre‑start briefings. • Apply in‑depth knowledge of lean manufacturing and best practices. • Employ quality principles and conduct investigations.

What You Bring
