About the Role

• Perform hardware and software installation, configuration, and validation to support circuit deployment. • Provide circuit logistics support for the planning and execution of network transitions under the DHS EIS program. • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and program management teams to ensure timely and successful circuit transitions. • Support network design and architecture planning to ensure seamless integration of new circuits into the existing infrastructure. • Support cloud migration efforts, ensuring compatibility and performance of network circuits in hybrid environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to circuit performance, connectivity, and integration. • Assist in EIS transition planning, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of circuit status, inventory, and logistics milestones.

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of network topologies, circuit types, and EIS transition requirements. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, PMP, ITIL). • Maintain knowledge of various network circuits and topologies, including MPLS, Ethernet, VPN, and SD-WAN. • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting in enterprise environments. • Experience supporting DHS or other federal agencies. • 3-6 years of relevant experience in circuit logistics, network infrastructure, or telecommunications support. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. • Knowledge of EIS contract vehicles and federal IT modernization initiatives. • Familiarity with cloud migration strategies and hybrid network environments. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
