About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, staff and vendor management, safety compliance, and resident relations, working closely with the Community Manager. • Oversee daily maintenance operations, service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination. • Inspect property daily to identify and correct hazards; maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory within budget. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff; provide coaching and ensure compliance with training benchmarks. • Deliver prompt, high‑quality customer service to residents and enforce community policies. • Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance, maintain hazard communication program, and uphold safety standards.

What You Bring
• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent; EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred. • Ability to use on‑site software and understand Fair Housing laws. • Meet physical demands of lifting 100+ lb, working in confined spaces, and being on‑call for emergencies, including weekends and nights. • Possess reliable transportation for emergency response.
