About the Role
The Manager • Learning Services will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs that align with the organization’s strategic goals. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to identify training needs, supports the Learning Solutions team in developing solutions, and evaluates program effectiveness. It also coordinates sessions and manages the catalog across various Academies and Regions. • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning requirements. • Assist in designing and implementing scalable training programs, including leadership development and technical skills. • Partner with external vendors to deliver high-quality training solutions. • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, providing data‑driven improvement recommendations. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives. • Promote continuous learning by driving simplification, standardization and automation improvement projects. • Manage the LMS (My LearningLink by CSOD) – publish, modify, deactivate courses and enroll users. • Monitor changes in tools and processes, informing stakeholders and requestors. • Perform thorough course testing to ensure optimal learner experience. • Advocate for global governance of catalog standards. • Provide consultative business partnership, liaising between requesters and stakeholders. • Handle end‑to‑end purchase order and chargeback management. • Lead flagship program and campaign execution from nomination through tracking and reporting. • Manage global assignments for campaigns and drives. • Participate in UATs for LMS releases and vendor integrations. • Ensure KPIs and metrics are achieved per defined standards. • Contribute to Learning Services communications via email, intranet and meetings. • Stay current with training practices, e‑learning technologies and development methods.

What You Bring
• Serve as subject matter expert and support team leadership; people‑management experience a plus. • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Education, HR or related field. • Minimum five years of experience in learning & development, program management or similar roles. • Strong project management skills with Agile methodology proficiency. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and partner management abilities. • Proficiency with learning management systems, preferably CSOD.
