About the Role
• Define and execute the U.S. Mining & Metals strategy. • Own full profit & loss, driving revenue and margin growth. • Recruit, mentor, and lead high‑performing teams. • Generate new sales, market expansion, and partnership opportunities. • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners. • Represent the business externally to enhance brand visibility. • Oversee delivery, compliance, risk management, and service quality. • Drive pipeline growth to achieve $45 M turnover by FY 2026. • Ensure SOX controls are adhered to where applicable. • Inspire and guide internal teams, fostering trust in the brand. • Develop succession plans and elevate talent across the business. • Promote an inclusive leadership culture supporting diversity and equality.

What You Bring
• 20+ years mining & metals experience, including $10 B+ projects. • Proven track record of aggressive growth and P&L management. • Strong sales, business development, and high‑stakes negotiation skills. • Experience in project controls, program management, and commercial set‑up. • Bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction Management; Executive MBA preferred. • Exceptional communication and influencing at program board level.
