About the Role

As a Warehouse Coordinator you will develop new skills, work in a safety‑minded environment, and help expand technology for a better community while providing the highest level of quality service to customers and neighborhoods. In this role you will move material throughout the distribution center using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, and other equipment, receive and log incoming inventory, stock items, read work and shipping orders, fill invoices, inspect inventory for damage, and ensure accurate tracking in the warehouse system. You will also keep the warehouse clean and organized, coach teammates on safe operations, enforce policies, evaluate processes for improvements, and deliver supplies while complying with DOT and OSHA standards. • Move material using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, etc. • Receive and log incoming inventory, then stock items in proper locations • Fill customer invoices, verify part numbers, clean and pack items • Inspect inventory for defects and report issues to Warehouse Manager • Follow all safety and accident procedures while operating equipment • Track inventory accurately in the warehouse system • Organize and clean warehouse space and equipment as needed • Report customer problems or concerns immediately • Coach associates on operational, equipment, and safety procedures • Enforce policies to ensure efficient, effective, and safe operations • Evaluate processes and recommend improvements • Suggest ways to reduce warehouse cost per unit and increase productivity • Deliver supplies and equipment timely while complying with DOT and OSHA standards

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of warehouse experience, forklift certification (a plus), the ability to lift 25‑50 pounds and stand for long periods, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. A strong track record of quality work, problem‑solving ability, and a hands‑on approach are essential. • Read work and shipping orders and follow verbal instructions • High school diploma or GED required • Minimum one year of warehouse experience; forklift operation preferred • Ability to lift 25‑50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods • Proficient with PC, Microsoft Word, and Excel • Strong problem‑solving skills and quality‑focused work ethic
