About the Role

Key responsibilities include pre‑construction cost analysis, budget baselining and contractor purchase‑order development, aligning cost and schedule for phased campus builds, and managing internal budgets and schedule‑of‑values for monthly reporting. The analyst will oversee external budgets, facilitate change‑order routing and approvals, lead monthly forecasting and cash‑flow analysis, ensure accurate quarterly accruals, maintain risk registers, and conduct financial health reviews using dashboards and productivity reports. Collaboration with site schedulers, tracking of renewable‑energy and sustainability milestones, scenario analysis, daily partnership with project managers and internal teams, executive‑level presentations, and support for programmatic initiatives are also required, along with adherence to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Provide pre‑construction cost analysis, budget baselining, and develop contractor purchase orders. • Align cost and schedule for phased campus builds, including utility planning and long‑lead equipment. • Manage internal project budgets and schedule‑of‑values for monthly financial reporting across multiple projects. • Oversee external project budgets, commitment management, change orders, and document control via platforms. • Facilitate change‑order routing, content analysis and executive approvals. • Lead monthly forecasting, cash‑flow analysis, variance identification and prepare executive‑level reports. • Ensure accurate quarterly accruals for all active purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and Finance. • Maintain and update internal and contractor risk registers, evaluating contingencies. • Conduct monthly project financial health reviews using dashboards, budget software, schedule comparisons and productivity reports. • Collaborate with site schedulers to synchronize financial forecasts with Primavera P6 schedule updates. • Track impacts related to renewable energy integration, water conservation systems and sustainability milestones. • Develop scenario analyses for phasing strategies and risk exposure. • Partner daily with project managers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams (Analytics, Procurement, Finance). • Prepare and deliver clear presentations on project health, risks and performance to leadership. • Assist with programmatic initiatives, training and process alignment to drive consistency across sites. • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, cost management, quantity surveying or a related field, and have experience in construction project controls on large, multi‑project programs. Proven expertise in forecasting, change management, and clear communication of financial and schedule status is essential. Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and cost‑control tools such as eBuilder or Procore is required; experience with Unifier, data‑center construction, renewable‑energy integration and sustainability programs is a plus.
