About the Role
The position involves solving complex problems, supporting project managers, and collaborating across disciplines to realize clients’ visions for the built environment. The successful candidate will become familiar with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley‑Horn’s and client procedures and standards. • Solve complex problems and assist project managers. • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver client visions for the built environment. • Develop knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations and internal standards. • Gain expertise in natural resource regulations, water quality programs, wetlands identification, botany, soil science, ecology, wildlife biology, water resources, GIS, and environmental science. • Travel to project sites as needed, approximately 10% of the time.

What You Bring
Kimley-Horn is seeking Environmental Science students to join our Greenwood Village, Colorado office. This role is on-site and not remote. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in biology, environmental science, social sciences, land‑use planning, energy, or a related field. The hourly pay range is $24‑$28.
