About the Role
The Staff Product Designer will join this growing design team to help shape a class-leading SaaS product across desktop, tablet, and mobile. The role blends research, interface design, and prototyping, allowing the designer to conduct user discovery, create journey maps, and build interactive prototypes. As a senior member, they will set an example, mentor teammates, and champion creativity, leadership, and innovation throughout the organization. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to explore, design, and ship solutions • Conduct discovery research, user interviews, journey mapping, and task flows • Rapidly prototype visual and interaction designs in Figma • Validate ideas through experimental design and user testing • Deliver high-quality work quickly while maintaining speed • Mentor junior designers, provide feedback, and advocate for user needs • Review design work and contribute to product strategy discussions • Include portfolio link and password on your resume

What You Bring
