About the Role

In this role, you will act as the bridge between Supply Chain operations and Enterprise Systems, owning analysis, configuration, and continuous improvement of planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics processes across our platforms. You will partner with functional leaders and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions, driving data integrity, system adoption, and measurable performance outcomes. • Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design for Supply Chain processes (S&OP, MRP, purchasing, supplier collaboration, inventory optimization, order fulfillment, logistics). • Configure, test, and deploy changes in Oracle and Power BI, maintain master data, workflows, and integrations, and write functional specifications. • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics (e.g., service level, inventory turns, PO cycle time, forecast accuracy) to support decision‑making. • Conduct cross‑functional workshops, develop SOPs, training materials, and adoption plans for new features/releases. • Manage small‑to‑medium projects or workstreams, tracking milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications using structured methodologies. • Partner with Finance/Controllership to ensure compliance, audit trails, and SOX‑relevant controls for Supply Chain systems. • Support data quality initiatives for item, BOM, vendor, site, and route data and pursue continuous improvement aligned to cost, service, and cash objectives.

What You Bring

• Own incident triage, root‑cause analysis, and implement fixes and preventive controls. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with 5–7 years of business systems analysis experience focused on Supply Chain. • Hands‑on expertise with Oracle and SAP; familiarity with Salesforce, APS/Planning, WMS, TMS, and supplier portals. • Strong knowledge of MRP, procurement, inventory, logistics, and S&OP, able to model “as‑is/to‑be” processes and quantify benefits. • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools such as Power BI; comfortable with API/integration concepts. • Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, test plans, and executing UAT. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with operations, IT, and leadership; project‑management experience (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall). • APICS/ASCM credentials (CPIM, CSCP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or PMP certification. • Experience in discrete manufacturing and multi‑plant/global environments. • Knowledge of EDI, supplier collaboration platforms, and transportation optimization. • Exposure to SOX, audit, and compliance requirements in system design.
