About the Role
Vacation Sales Managers work in our Retail Marketing team, selling vacation getaways in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s®. They lead a high‑performing team in a lively environment, overseeing 3‑4 Sales Representatives who engage customers and sell vacation packages. Sales representatives benefit from uncapped commission, so the more they sell, the higher their earnings—and yours as well. On average, the team can finalize a sale in under 10 minutes, delivering satisfied vacationers. • Lead a team of 3‑4 Sales Representatives to sell vacation packages. • Drive sales in a fast‑paced retail setting, averaging closures in under 10 minutes. • Promote vacation getaways at Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s® locations.
