About the Role
You will work Monday‑Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm, at WM’s material‑waste disposal site in Ault, Colorado, providing reliable hours for financial stability. At the Ault facility you will service and repair essential equipment—including bulldozers, scrapers, loaders, backhoes, and other vehicles—ensuring the smooth operation of a site that serves more than 20 million customers across the United States. • Repair equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, backhoes, front‑end loaders, yard trucks, farm tractors, forklifts, and company cars • Diagnose and repair differentials, hydraulic systems, motors, transmissions, drives, air‑conditioning, and electrical systems • Perform preventative maintenance according to the site checklist • Complete paperwork and admin tasks like work orders, card files, P.M. checklists, and oil samples • Service and maintain other equipment such as light plants, water pumps, welders, etc. • Takes accountability for quality and standards

What You Bring
The role requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, and exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, dust, and occasional hazardous substances, with accommodations available for qualified individuals. • Minimum 1 year experience maintaining heavy equipment • Valid driver’s license with a clean record • Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S. • Ability to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations • Pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination • Works well independently • Communicates effectively and supports colleagues • Curious, determined problem‑solver
